Freeda George Foreman

There are many things that can be said about Freeda George Foreman. She’s a former professional fighter, daughter of the great Heavyweight  World Boxing Champion, George Foreman, but most prided , she is a dedicated mother of two.

Freeda began her career as a boxer at the age of 23. Without a plan and minimum skills, she broke free from her 9 to 5 working schedule and headed to Denver, Colorado, and began a boot camp style training regime with Larry Goossen of America Presents.

It wasn’t long after that Freeda, now physically fit, decided to share her secrets of Health and Physical fitness with the world. Starting in her own back yard, Freeda visited schools around the city of Houston, Texas, teaching children about the dangers of obesity and the benefits of healthy eating.

In 2001, after retiring from boxing Freeda opted to aid others in the sport. Her company, Boxing Classics of America, created a scholarship fund for amateur boxers, and promoted professional boxing in Houston.

Freeda has also worked in the television industry, and always having a passion for writing, she is now an author.
